B. Good

I literally stumbled upon this restaurant today.  There are several across the US and a few in Europe.  One of the first was below Sumner's apartment in Boston and it was a favorite back then (2007).  There's one in New Hampshire that Jon and I frequent occasionally too.  It's claim to fame is "Food with Roots".  They try to buy local and support farmers - a healthy hamburger joint that sells other types of salads and greens bowls. Burgers with a conscience.  Anyway, as I sat waiting for my order I noticed these shadows of the diners - a little less obtrusive than taking photos of them.  In extras is the story of how they began - not sure you can read it, but maybe in "Large"?
