The Wassail – 2019
In the new year, 13th January, 2019 there will be a Wassail held in the Pleasaunce. It is the traditional time of year to “Drink to the Fruit Trees” in the two orchards we have in the park.
Running from 1pm – 3.00pm with a glass of mulled cider (or just a hot drink) you can follow the procession and walk through the park to the orchards and tie ribbons  on the trees. There will be some folk music, story telling and a craft tent for children to make crowns
