Pastitsio

6.45pm. No photos taken. So here's a shot of the Pastitsio I've been making this afternoon, fresh out of the oven. So fresh, it's still bubbling. Ten minutes to settle and I'll serve.

The flavour will no doubt remind me of holidays in Greece. I wish the weather did.
