Eggs Benedict

Eggs Benedict is one of my favourite brunch dishes. Treated myself while catching up on correspondence and meeting planning with the village cafe as my temporary office.

Plumbers were due to fix drainage issues today so I needed to be out of the house. In the end they had an emergency and rebooked for next week. But at least I got some of my admin done.
