All a Bit Purple Today

After all the heat of the past week it was much cooler. We got heavy rain over night and this morning. Also it is really windy. Late this afternoon the sky's cleared and now we have the sunshine back again. It was good to get the rain for the garden. I think it was around 18c, so not too cold.

My Hosta's  in pots are flowering really well and making a wonderful show of colour. It was hard to get a good shot because of the strong winds.
