Lovely shade of Yellow

A busy day today so hopefully tomorrow I can at least get one of my jobs finished. My job is reactive work and is a bit like being in the Fire Brigade and often have to pack up and rush to an urgent job. Military Medic use the term from the three P's. My watch has gone to the watch graveyard, no longer is it made , nor do they store spare parts or rebuild it and it's not very old, I guess that's a great marketing tool. Good 7k run tonight and felt a bit better than Saturday.
