She was sitting on the kitchen counter watching her mother fix pancakes for breakfast.  She isn't good at holding still for a photo so I have to shoot a lot of shots hoping to capture a natural look.  Some of the outtakes are pretty funny.

It was bitter cold in NYC this weekend.  We bundled up and walked the 10 blocks to the Natural History Museum, only to find that every other family with small children on the Upper West Side had the same idea.  It was packed!  Even Alec Baldwin was there with his kids.
