De-flowered!

This is all that remains of the poppy I blipped on 4th January ....... not a petal in sight today!

My snowdrops are finally doing their best to make an entrance ...... noticed today that they are just starting to poke through the ground!

I feel I am going to have to 'have words' with our weather forecaster! There was no mention of rain in the forecast ..... but rain we got! Not impressed ...... the least he could do was warn me! Luckily it rained before I pegged the washing out!
