Yorkshire Cobbles!

Yorkshire has lots of little cobbled streets dotted about which never succumb to tarmac. I think they're protected in one way or another, I'm sure they'll be a clever blipper who knows how that works.

Many of the cobbles are found on the steepest of hills and frequently they are laid in a rather ad-hoc fashion. They end up in some kind of funny mismatched patchwork style pattern.

They're full of character anyway!

Thoroughly enjoyed part 1 of this week's Silent Witness last night and eagerly anticipating part 2 tonight. The theme this week is 'spice' which is so current with many streets plagued by this lethal drug leaving users in a zombie like state. It's terrifying really. However, it remains compelling viewing.
