Hotel View

The saga of the broken-down van continues. The part did come in this morning, and they told me it would be done in a couple of hours. We turned in our rental car at 12:30, stayed in our hotel room until 1 p.m., plunked ourselves down in the hotel lobby until 5 p.m., then got a shuttle over to the dealership. What could go wrong?

The car wasn't done...that's what. "Well sir, we've had a lot of appointments today, and we just couldn't get 'er done. I'll guarantee that it'll be done by noon tomorrow."

Since we are at their mercy, I said thank you...and left. The shuttle driver picked us back up, and we are back at the Holiday Inn. The picture is a view of the lobby from the 4th floor. It does have good lines, and perhaps I should have put the picture into mono.
