Bullet journal

2019 is going to be the year of me trying to keep a bullet journal, this is an incredibly visual way of journalling day-to-day events and feelings.

I’m not very good at staying within the lines which says a lot!

It’s really interesting being able to reflect on my perceptions of the day in terms of tiredness, mood and my perception of my general health! Looking for patterns!! This really suits how my mind works.
