Maple Leaf....

....under ice. I finally had to bite the bullet, so to speak, and go out blip-hunting in the grey dreariness. I'd been waiting for the sun, which my weather app (last eve.) indicated was to appear around 9 a.m.  Looking at the app around 9 this morning (because there wasn't any sun), it now indicated sun at 11:00.........didn't happen. So I headed to the park and walked along the edge of the lagoon where I spotted the leaves,  took a couple of pictures and headed home, as it's only 24 degrees (F) with a bit of a wind. The app now says sun around 2 p.m.....I'm thinking my weather app is full of you-know-what!!  :)))
