Winter reflection

Had my gym induction today, on the New Year journey towards getting fitter. Lots of weighing and measuring, as a benchmark for what will hopefully be progress in the months ahead. Then a good few lengths of the pool. On the way home the scene in the rear view mirror was bare-trees wintry. By the time all the branches are in lush mid-summer leafiness, I hope to have shed some fat and built some muscle!
