No Escape

Just when I thought I was escaping the clutches of Big D, it now looks like I'm going to be on dialysis all the time I'm in hospital recovering.  They're concerned about kidney stones so want to make sure my blood is as clean as possible.

Hard not to feel a bit down.  I hate Big D!  But I shall bounce back.
