Danger - Men at Work

Thursday morning is Market Day in HB - the busiest day of the week.   There are more streets full of road works than without.   I watched these Workmen deciding just where to dig up next and here they are, just starting on their latest venture.   Road works started well before Christmas and there doesn't see to be any let-up.   Chaos.
