Intercropping Bananas

This plot at our Centre for Learning has Cassava intercropped with sunn-hemp for nitrogen fixing and ground cover. They are now adding Banana Stalks .

With the world consuming so many bananas, it's not surprising that people are asking the question: are bananas good for you?
