Stromness Rooftops

A quick grab this morning after coming out of the Stromness Medical Practice; we are having to spend some time in supporting my mother at the moment.

My mother’s DVD player was on the blink.  Unsolicited her friend and neighbour, Maggie, bought her a 2nd hand one from the CPL shop for £1.00.  I examined it and, although working, too many new bits and pieces are required to give it the kiss of life.  So the Current Mrs Creel (star sign Leo) put it back to the CPL shop.  You’re way ahead of me because Maggie (hearing my Mum was still struggling to watch her DVD box sets (ITMA)) bought her the same player and gave to my Mum again.
