Roast Cauliflower Soup

I've been needing something different to tickle my tastebuds so I made roast cauliflower soup. It doesn't look very appetising here and even less so after it was liquidised however, with some crusty bread it was very tasty.

We have a few snow flurries as I type but I don't think it will come to much.
