Foccacia

Following on from my quick rosemary bread the other day I've made a sourdough foccacia. It's too hot to cut yet but I think it's sort of done what I wanted. Next time I'll try dimpling the top and adding more olive oil.........

That's it for today now - it's too cold to leave the house so I'll be vegging in front of the wireless with a book and a cup of tea if anyone needs me.
