Customs!

My friend sent Christmas presents for the kids from Australia. She paid everything she was asked to at her end, but I still ended up with a charge to pay of £16+ for import duty! Seriously, for a pair of PJ's and two books?! £8 customs charge, £8 handling charge from Royal Mail. Not impressed and neither is she!
