Battle Scars and a Missing Horn

A real old man of the mountains, walking in the deep snow this morning when I escaped the maddening crowd well off the beaten track. I doubt he will survive to fight another rut, he looks thin and tired, bless him. Food for the lynx maybe, I am sure I saw tracks close by. But after Spain I am obsessed with lynx!

Thanks for putting yesterday's snow scene on the first Popular page too, honoured. Hope you are having a good weekend too. We went to see Mia and the White Lion this afternoon .... tears .... I am going to South Africa in June, hope I don't get confronted with the hunting scene!
