Silly Saturday

I've not done this challenge before, but visiting Mum this afternoon and saw these wobbly people on a windowsill. They seem to be wobbling, charged from a small light panel. There are about a dozen or more, but I picked out the Queen and President Trump. They do look silly, so I thought I'd enter them for the challenge. Thank you admirer for hosting!
