A Bud

On a walk close to my house I saw this bud....is it a Poppy?

We are getting our deck redone so I spent most of the day getting all of my plants, perches, water dishes & feeders moved off the deck.......it was not an easy task......I will not be putting everything back on the deck. 

Since it was a lovely day, I spent almost all day outside....I got so much done in the yard. I think I woke up several little frogs and got rid of lots of slugs and snails. I am feeling a little stiff tonight. I tend to keep going when I get in the garden until it gets too dark to work....I perhaps do too much? Maybe.
