Close to the action on Stage 5

The final ascent up the infamous Willunga Hill sorted the race leaders out . We were thrilled that Richie Porte won the stage and Darryl Impey the Tour . But it was Patrick Bevan the Kiwi who stole everyone’s hearts . He held the leaders jersey throughout the tour until yesterday when he had a hard crash and multiple abrasions but no breaks , a hospital admission overnight and somehow rode and completed the stage today but lost the jersey ...that man has some inner strength
