Metamorphosis

Croydon is changing. The old empty carcasses of buildings are brightened by street art and in the distance is the beginnings of regeneration.

New buildings are going up and a sparkly new shopping centre is promised. It's taking a bit too long for my liking. 

The extra was taken in my local park at sunset. My (not so) little one surprisingly pulled his shoes on without even suggestion and came with me for a walk this evening.
