Wellie Pot?

Not sure. This morning, I printed off a flyer about Gran and her fuera arrangements and delivered it to all the houses in our road (almost everyone knows her or recognises her as she pottered up and down between her house and mine). One neighbour has this "arrangement" outside their front door. What fun.
