Rehabilitation

Followers will know that it was 3 months ago the I had successful bypass surgery and that I have been making good progress since. Much credit for this must go to the team who lead the rehabilitation class twice a week.
The class is held at Clydebank sports centre, which was built where John Browns shipyard used to be and where the QE2 and other great ocean going liners we built. The Clyde does not seem very wide, but the Cart river flows into it and thus allowed long ships to be launched.
The picture shows the Cart as it enters the Clyde, taken today after the class.
