Cherub Bird Bath

We've had this Cherub Bird Bath for a few years but it got knocked off the wall and the top, Cherub, bit broke off. It's not big enough for a bird bath but the ground feeders use it for a drink.
Decided it was time to do something with it. I glued it back together and where chinks were missing filled in with polyfilla. Not an ideal filler but it is quite easy to work into shape while it is still wet.
4 or 5 coats of black spray gloss paint should make it waterproof and, just for belts and braces, a couple of coats of clear lacquer.
Looks ok, and it is holding the water so we'll see if it survives the cold weather to come.
