Climbing Wall

Just look at that rainbow... what d'you mean, you can't see it?!

This is outside The Climbing Station in Loughborough, where Mary, Angie and I spent a happy couple of hours over the middle of the day.  I'd eaten my lunch there at about 1pm, but when I got home I had to eat again before donating blood at 5.15pm. By the time that was done with I had to head straight to yoga, where I was careful not to put too much pressure on my donating arm as it can cause bruising.  A busy day :-)

By the way, there's a canal the other side of that wall!
