Winter Roofscape

In contrast to Tuesday's Blip, this is what we woke up to this morning. Still very pretty though.

Not much happened apart from breakfast and shopping. Well for me at any rate. G had her new computer delivered and she was busy with that for most of the afternoon. I read a bit - the Test Match in Kolkata seems to be going well (I do like the Guardian's Over-By-Over coverage in lieu of Test Match Special on the radio), and I read a bit from the Suddeutsche Zeitung (quite similar in outlook to The Guardian but absolutely no cricket coverage).

The SDZ had a movie quiz which was quite good. Films are routinely dubbed here and the dialogue gets changed because not much can be translated 1:1. The quiz is about what the original quotes in English should be. You can have a go here.
