Building a shelter

I took the kids to the woods today for some outdoor learning. I love having the woods on the school's doorstep. It's so good for their learning and for everyone's health & wellbeing. We talked about British mammals that hibernate and then built some shelters for our cuddly toys. Here is one of the kiddies effort. The extra is from one of my boys who didn't quite follow the instructions.
