Abstract Thursday - Texture

My friend came over this morning to play Scrabble. For lunch i made a chicken tajine and a baked lemon cheesecake for dessert. I used an Australian recipe but used Topfen (Quark in Germany) instead of cream cheese. This is always translated as cottage cheese but i think it is more like a cross between cream cheese and ricotta. The mixture was a bit runny so i threw in a sachet of custard powder to thicken it up a bit. Anyway, it made a delicious creamy cheesecake. I should have blipped it before it was cut but i didn’t know it was going to be so good. Instead i blipped the textured placemats on which we ate it. Thanks to Ingeborg for hosting Abstract Thursday
