Into the light

... and reflections on the window.  I’ve been interested in breaking the `rules’ (well camera club rules) about blown highlights after looking at some images taken by David du Chemin where he deliberately uses the light effect to direct our attention but also to mask parts of a scene so that we have to look with greater care.  So an experiment and maybe part of a project where I capture the views through this window.  (I’ve decided that I’m going to think more in terms of projects in 2019, rather than single images for camera clubs.). The extra was taken the previous morning through the same window.
