Isolation

I worked from home today which has several benefits such as no commuting, lie in but still get to work on time and working in joggy bottoms.

It can be a tad isolating though.

I went for a nice long walk by the canal as the sun came down - good to get some fresh air (get some jeans on) and get the blood pumping.
