to be on the Edge

This semi-derelict old farmhouse is now right on the edge of the sea cliffs on the West Coast at Jurby.

The sea is advancing and the cliffs are now at the bottom of the garden.  I last came here five or six years ago because I knew the former occupant.

In my search for "bee boles" I particularly wanted to examine the old farm walls around the house before everything finally disappeared.  Alas there were no visible boles and I went away empty handed.

The cheery aspect of it all was that the weather was fine and I had a good bike ride!
