Guiding principles

I have been on a course yesterday and today, with my UMCG coworkers. One of the things we did, was to visualize some of the concepts we’ve been talking about. We thought this road with many road signs would depict our discussion about our guiding principles rather nicely. The signs are everywhere along the road and they’re showing both direction and expected behaviour.
