The Winner!

No prize for guessing what we were doing tonight for about three hours. It was one of the most exciting finals I have watched in the Australian Open. Naomi Osaka defeated Petra Kvitova in a nail biting three sets. Incredible to think that the 21 year old could be so cool under so much pressure at the end of the match. We have loved the tennis this year and it’s been a blessing to be able to watch it while we’ve been bunkering down inside during our heatwave.

A quick trip into Katoomba to Woolies to shop for some provisions and we headed straight home again.
