Next door's cat

This is the next door neighbour's cat sitting on their roof. She likes to keep an eye on things on both sides of the fence and isn't averse to visiting my side when she thinks the coast is clear. She definitely doesn't like dogs, and keeps to the upper levels when they are around. The dogs stay in the back yard and are on a leash when taken out through the front garden. Occasionally Kitty has been taken by surprise when she has decided to have an afternoon snooze on my front lawn. My dog just about rips my arm off in an effort to follow the cat as she streaks across the lawn and over the low fence back to home base.
