Have Oven, Will Travel

I saw this mobile wood-fired oven at the Farmers' Market this morning. The operator was turning out some delicious pizzas. With the chill in the air today, that would be one of the more pleasant jobs to have.

I don't know what that huge coil of plastic tubing in the background is for, but I'm going to have to try to find out.
