Claire and I have had a gentle start to the year with many cosy nights in. Tonight could have easily been another as we were sitting comfortable in the fun room watching Netflix as it was a pretty miserable day.

We made the effort though and went out in stourbridge, first of all we went to Bar Bridge (pictured) then on to meet friends in Claptrap for melt. It was a good night with one of the most eclectic mixtures of music being played.

The lovely owners of Claptrap had saved a piece of artwork for my mancave, it is by a local painter and is six portraits of world renowned artists, really well done and even nicer to now own and hang in my room.

Saturday nights alright.
