RSPB Big Garden Bird Watch Survey completed today.

2 Greenfinches - my favourite garden bird!
7 Siskins.
32 Goldfinches.
16 Starlings.
4 Blackbirds.
2 Robins.
1 Dunnock.
and 31 pesky feral pigeons!!

It was a very cold and windy day and I didn't see our long-tailed tits, coal tits, great tits, blue tits, chaffinches, goldcrest, sparrowhawk or great spotted woodpecker during the hour of counting.

Pic is of one of the siskins who didn't seem to mind the furious swaying of the feeder backwards and forwards in the gale!
