Sunday afternoon in the Mediterranean: sadly not.

This is at the entrance to a Mediterranean themed bar in the heart of the Merchant City in Glasgow. The venue could well have been in the backstreets of Barcelona or similar, it was so authentic. A former indoor cheese market, with high vaulted ceilings, it’s now well known for live music. Six of us went along to hear a band some of the family were considering booking. They were good. And popular with the audience - to be honest I actually preferred the pianist who was playing before and after the band; but all were so talented and keen to entertain.
The place also has a reputation for good food, salsa social and they even do cocktail masterclasses.
