Origin

My parents called me Blossom, which got shortened to Blos at some stage. At my primary school, they called me Flossie, especially when my Mum had put curlers in my hair. I didn’t like the nickname at that stage. When I met my husband he started calling me Floss. And then we moved to Newton Blossomville....it seemed ordained. .Flossie has become my alter ego......connecting my past and present life.
