My first word in Swedish - Fika

Really informative and interesting presentation about Swedish business culture today with some very useful vocabulary. Fika - apparently it's a coffee, but not just, it's a coffee with a talk, a conversation around it with colleagues, business partners - your way to the circle of trust or just fun. Hope I did not get it completely wrong.
