Is It My Eyes....

.....or does this look a bit blurred to you?
The theme for Ingeborg's Abstract Thursday is Motion Blur or Intentional Camera Movement.  I took this shot of the Magnolia tree in the garden, first thing this morning.while everywhere was covered in frost.  I used some ICM, but it did not look right to me, so put it through the Motion Blur filter in Serrif PhotoPlus.  The golden glow is a forsythia bush in a neighbours garden, an effect I rather like. I have added a unfaffed shot in extras
