Tension Whilst Waiting for Match of the Day

There was a nice sunset in Colne,
That I snapped whilst on our drive home,
Radio-off avoiding the score,
Of Manchester Derby draw,
And praying for cheers, and not groans.

Postscript: Please note, at the time of writing, I am avoiding all house callers, phone calls, television news and received Blip comments on the Manchester City versus Manchester United Derby match result, until after the BBC Match of the Day 2 highlights are shown later tonight.
