Incidentally, Germany's biggest trading partner is China. This puts paid at a stroke to the arrant nonsense, peddled by the Brexiteers, that we need to leave the EU in order to trade effectively with other parts of the world. It's the lack of manufacturing industry that's at fault, all put at risk by Brexit, as car companies based here are already reducing investment and reducing production even before we have left. And then there's the aviation industry too, which I have alluded to in other posts, and will continue to do so, as I work in it.
