Kamen Rider

Have some Japan number 7346.2 

Kamen = Mask

They were filming Kamen Rider down the beach.  Would have got a better shot but there was an assistant constantly shouting "please do not take pictures".

If you don't know what Kamen Rider is here's an explanation

The bad guy in the trench coat was pretty good at flinging himself on the floor after being kicked.  Poor kamen rider guy can't see much of anything in that mask and would take it off to practice the routines.
