Crashing Out

Not only did we leave southern Spain in a rainstorm, we were held up for nearly an hour on the motorway to Granada. A truck coming the other way crashed through the barrier, slewed sideways and overturned to lie right across both lanes of the northbound carriageway. The eventual diversion was tortuous, and the tailback of biblical proportions. Luckily we were relatively near the front of it.
