Wet Day on the Nepean

Despite high temperatures at times, the Blue Mountains and nearby western suburbs of Sydney have been quite fortunate this summer ... plenty of rain. When one considers the drought and the fires which plague much of the country, we have been especially lucky. The day comprised especially heavy showers, murky mist but pleasantly modest temperatures. Here we glimpse the new pedestrian bridge near Penrith.
